An item i wish to purchase is out of stock, when will it be available again?
We hardly ever restock any of our sold out products. Once an item is gone its gone for good, unless on rare occasions we will consider restocking an item if the demands are high.
How can I track my order?
Go here and enter both your Order ID & Billing Email and click Track. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
How do I use the coupon codes i've optained?
Couple codes can be entered during checkout. A message will display if the coupon code entered was a valid or invalid code.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
All orders are processed within 24 hours from the time it is placed. Once payment is cleared your order(s) will be shipped out via New Zealand Post within 1-2 business days*
- Shipping within New Zealand are at a flat rate of $7.45 and will take 1 -3 business days to be delivered. *Subject to change
- Shipping to Australia are at a flat rate of $17.45 and will take 2 -5 business days to be delivered. *Subject to change*
- Shipping Internationally are at a flat rate of $39.95 and will take 7 -14 business days to be delivered. *Subject to change*

What is your return policy?
We do our very best to ensure you love the products we provide and enjoy your shopping experience at SUPR ONES so here are some details regarding returns and/or exchanges.
Currently, we only offer exchanges on products that are faulty, damaged or if we sent out the wrong size(s). We DO NOT accept returns if you changed your mind after receiving your order so please make sure you select the correct item that you’re after.
All sales are final. If a product you’re wanting to exchange to is out of stock then we will offer the option of a store credit to use on our store or a full refund.
Prior to exchanging and returning your item(s), please contact email@example.com stating why the item(s) are being returned/exchanged.
- The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached.
- Full Name and Address must be provided, all exchanges will be delivered to the same address provided when the item was first purchased.
